Stachys monieri ‘Hummelo’ (Betony)

Forms a tidy lush mound 2 ft tall and wide with heart-shaped elongated textural green leaves that deer and rabbits find unappetizing. Explodes into color all summer with wands of rosy lavender flowers. Looks amazing when massed in groupings of 3 or more. Even once peak bloom is done, flowers hold their structure and continue to look good into fall. Prefers sun. Low water needs when established. Perennial Zone 4-8
