Rodgersia pinnata ‘Cherry Blush’

Forms large bold textural clumps of quilted foliage that takes on a cherry blush spring and fall. I would grow it for the striking foliage alone, but what a surprise when large 3 ft bright red stems with deep pink flower plumes arise, late spring into summer. An architectural and colorful addition for your shade garden. Looks best with regular water, so mulch well to retain it.
