Origanum laevigatum ‘Hopley′s Purple’

A very popular Ornamental Oregano featuring long wands of purple-pink flowers in late summer and fall, over a trailing mound of fragrant, green foliage that turns reddish-purple in fall. The flowers hold their color when dried. Useful in the sunny border, for edging and in tubs and mixed containers. Lovely weaving in and out of neighboring plants. Very tough. Z 6-9
