Geranium Dreamland (Cranesbill) PP24,624

Dreamland has a very long flowering season from early summer-frost over a low green mound of foliage. You can expect luminous billows of soft-pink cup shaped flowers with a pale apple green center and darker veins. Forms a low green mound of foliage 2’ tall and wide and is an excellent choice to front a border, as a groundcover or in a container. The extended bloom-time is beneficial for pollinators. Bees and butterflies go mad for it. Deer and rabbit resistant. Easy care , simply trim as desired and cut back the foliage as it dies back in winter. Prefers full-part sun and nice evenly moist composty soil, but she’s very forgiving and can handle most soils and occasional drought once established. As a beekeeper… Hardy geraniums (cranesbills) are one of my top plant choices for bees. They provide nectar all summer and in fall my happy bees can be seen rolling in delight, nestled among the flowers. Deciduous. Zones 5-9
