Cucumber ‘Itachi’

Unique white Asian type. I only use and sell one cucumber variety (aside from lemon and sour mini-gherkins) and this is my hands down favorite! Itachi is a one of a kind treasure! It’s attractive, highly productive , but I love it because it’s never bitter and tastes great even if allowed to get big. Itachi is sweet with small seed cavities. An exceptional variety and unlike any other cucumber. I use them in Gazpacho, cucumber salads, salads, pickling, fermenting and juicing. This variety has a crunchy firm texture that even holds up well for stir-frys.
