Yellow flowers in Spring are followed by tasty blue berries rich in vitamins and antioxidants. Tastes like a combination of raspberry, plum and blueberry. the fruit is about the size of a big olive. Tasty fresh or processed into juice, jam, syrup or cooked into muffins.’Solo’ is self-fruitful , but produces more numerous and larger berries if planted with Maxie Yezberry. Actually a non-invasive relative in the Honeysuckle family..Similar to Russian Honeyberries, but sweeter and less tart. Zone 3-8 Full-part sun 5′-6′.
