Elf on a Shelf Ideas to Inspire You

I wish I had discovered Elf on a Shelf when my son, Sage was little. Oh, the fun we would have had! He’s recently moved home from college and I decided it’s never too late to create family memories. So, I bought my first Elf on a shelf.

Ok I’ll admit he did a little eye-roll and I could almost hear his thoughts… Oh Mom Really! Especially as I read the accompanying story as if he were little. He’s since come to look forward to the crazy elf adventures and delights in finding our elf each day in compromising situations. We named our elf Floki.

I invite you to follow along each day to see the antics of Floki, our elf on a shelf. Hopefully it will give you fresh elf ideas to create your own family memories, or just to bring a smile and a chuckle.

Please note, our son is not little, so some of Flokis antics may not be suitable for younger kids. Some may be a bit more adult oriented and mischievous.
