Epimedium ‘Rubrum’

Heart-shaped leaves emerge blushed with red and yellow in spring, maturing to a deep shiny green in summer and again a rosy red in fall. Clouds of dainty bright pink and white flowers held on wiry stems look like tiny fairies dancing above the foliage. Delightful! Plant in mass under trees and in your woodland for an excellent groundcover in dry shade. Ht 9’ and slowly spreading, but not at all invasive. Deer and rabbit resistant. Zone 5-9
