Ficus carica ‘Fignomenal’(Dwarf Fig)

A miniature fig tree that only grows 2 ½ ft tall and wide! Grows more bushy than upright. Perfect for a container or small space. Found as a spontaneous mutation of Chicago Hardy Fig, this little edible cutie has good cold tolerance, so it can be planted in the garden in zones 7-10 or easily brought inside in colder climates. Fruiting heavily… the brown figs are medium sized and pink on the inside with a berry-like flavor. Provide at least 6 or more hrs of sun for best fruiting. Prune for structure in late winter. Deciduous.
