Sambucus nigra x Canadensis (Elderberry Bob Gordon)

Bob Gordon Elderberry has Ginormous white flowerheads. and bountiful harvests of dark-purple, anti-viral elderberries for making jams, jellies, and syrups. This is a VERY vigorous variety that creates a living privacy screen. 8-10’ tall and spreading. The flowers make a pleasant tea. Sun- part shade. Can be cut to the ground when desired to rejuvenate, otherwise selectively cut out canes older than 2 years. Deciduous. Zone 3-9
