Daphne odora ‘Sweet Amethyst’

Sweet Amethyst is a new compact introduction of FRAGRANT Daphne with purple buds opening to violet-lilac lavender flowers. This evergreen shrublet will grow 2-3’ tall and 3-5’ wide. Happiest in part shade with well-drained soil. Try planting near a pathway, sitting area or window where you can enjoy the beautiful fragrance. Be sure to plant it where it will stay as all daphne resent being moved once established. Deer resistant. Zones 7-9
